Scientists have discovered massive pyroclastic eruptions on the remote northern end of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge near the North Pole. These eruptions have gone unnoticed since there are no monitoring stations or devices in the area. However, the scientists say that the results of these explosions show that dangerous activity has taken place and most likely will again.
