Visualization: Releasing the Past Close your eyes. Focus on the pineal.  Take a look at your auric field. With your mind, will it in close to your physical body.  Around your auric field, place a violet bubble with a mirror on the outside. Breathe yourself in from the base of your spine and out through the top of your head. Breathe in from the top of your head down to the base of your spine. [...]

December’s Daily Discard 31/31 Well, here I am at the end of my month.  I feel so much better than when I started. My goal today was to finish getting my office in order.  I got “delayed” while checking out a credit card statement.  Turns out someone got my card and used it to set up some websites.  I spent about 90 minutes on the phone with the server company.  Then another 90 minutes on [...]

Well, 2011 was quite a year. Glad it is over and a new healing year is beginning. I think that 2012 will be a year of many surprises, some happy, many not. It will certainly build up to a crescendo as the months move forward. It won’t be boring! I made a small list of possible “predictions” for 2012 that I know some of the more anal readers will hold me to until Kingdom Come. [...]

Tied in Knots

In my “December’s Daily Discard” blog, one reader remarked how he can more clearly communicate because he no longer feels like he is “tied up in knots.” He may not have realized the Deep Truth that he experienced for himself, but Deep Truth it is. He was tied in knots. You, too,  most likely are Tied in Knots.  Literally. Because you are comprised of an Energy Stream.  Like running water. Add the Global Handlers who [...]

December’s Daily Discard 30/31

December’s Daily Discard 30/31 It seems like my “quick’ projects are never “quick.”  I guess because it is not so easy to discard “just one thing” like it was in the beginning. Today  I finished cleaning and clearing my sons’ room plus my spare room.  I pulled everything out from under the beds, futons, book shelves and 2 closets.  About 12 bags went to the Goodwill—useable toys, clothes, books, pens, and those sorts of things. [...]

December’s Daily Discard 29/31 “Official” garbage day tomorrow, so I wanted to get any large amounts of perceivable junk out the door so the cans can once again go to the curb. I had forgotten about the top shelves in my kitchen as it is too high to reach without a stool.  I pulled out the stepladder so I could get up there to look.  I pulled out old pizza pans, aluminum foil pans that [...]

Ruckus In Caracas

Little by little, from place one would least suspect, the truth is revealed. This time, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez told the news services in Latin America that the US was able to poison him and the president of Argentina, giving them cancer and possibly a death sentence. Chavez says that he had a conversation a while ago with former Cuban leader, Fidel Castro, in which the Communist icon warned him that the US had technology [...]

December’s Daily Discard 28/31 OMG! That’s all I can say.  Another “quick’ project—my oldest son’s desk which is a combo bed/desk/drawers.  I hauled out 6 HUGE bags of garbage and 2 huge bags of “give-aways”.  I thought a quick project and then on to the next evening activity. Was I ever incorrect on that one! 2 hours later… Here’s what I found: Young male = new spiritual ideas Desk = work space Cords to nowhere [...]

Bones To Pick

Just when I thought I was done, I found more bones to pick. Literally. “December’s Daily Discard” blog 11/31.   I told you I pulled all the chicken and turkey bones from my freezer to turn into broth. End of story.  Or so I thought. Unbelievably, yesterday, I found 2 more turkey carcasses.  More “bones to pick.” Then, I found one more. A total of 3. PLUS the one from Christmas dinner. All 4 carcasses [...]

December’s Daily Discard 27/31 I had to call the garbage company today.  I just can’t wait until Friday morning for the trash to be picked up.  Too much junk in my garage. I need it out!  They are making an extra trip tomorrow, but it will be worth it to get this stuff out of my house.  Talk about “Holiday Un-Stuffing”! Wow! Today I finished up the den.  Took down all of the electronics no [...]

At the exponential rate “new” outer space discoveries are being revealed, Expansions’  next “Time Travel” adventure may be to another planet. Read below: “Meg Urry is the Israel Munson professor of physics and astronomy and chairwoman of the department of physics at Yale University, where she is the director of the Yale Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics… “On Tuesday, scientists reported evidence from the Kepler satellite that two Earth-sized planets are orbiting a nearby star about 1,000 [...]

Stewart A. Swerdlow gives his year’s end round-up of tidbits in the news, including disturbing revelations about Ron Paul, and new stories of Earth-like planets. News links for Ron Paul story: http://www.cnn.com/2011/12/26/opinion/frum-ron-paul-newsletters/index.html?hpt=hp_bn9 http://news.yahoo.com/paul-builds-campaign-doomsday-scenarios-161301486.html It is interesting to see that those who comment against me do not believe in the right to free speech or opinions! It is they who are suspect! I have no personal opinion of Ron Paul one way or another. I simply [...]
