No one can “push your buttons” unless you allow them to do this. Actually, “button-pushing” is really a Self-created test so that you have a marker for how well you are doing. Remove the “button-pusher” and your mind-pattern will simply bring in someone else. Better to stay with the known, get through it, and then move on into something better when you are really ready.
Affirmation: No one “makes me” fight.

When you feel the fighting frequency activated within, rather than utilize it negatively, learn to utilize the positive attributes. For example, channel that energy into something productive, like cleaning out your home, garage, car, yard, or office. Cleaning up means cleaning out your cluttered internal issues.
Affirmation: I tap into the positive attributes of the fighting frequency.

When you recognize the fighting frequency in the outer world, learn how to remove yourself so that you do not become a participant in it.
