I have a question about your view on animal guides. You said that they do not exist and are a product of programming. I suddenly realised that while in the dolphin and lion frequencies there are certain dolphins and lions who were communicating with me and "guiding" me to places I needed to go to help with my mental work. I would not say they are very personal to me, just beings who are willing to help. does this sound like programming?
Stewart's Reply: Lower level intelligence does not influence higher level. Do not confuse animal intelligence with higher level frequencies.

All deeply programmed people have at least 1 animal alter. You would need to look at that within yourself.

I am a college baseball pitcher and am wondering about mental exercises and nutritional supplements to recover from the daily wear and tear from throwing. I know each individual person has different needs, but is there a general idea for nutritional supplements to help recover from minor ligament injuries besides rest and rehab? Do you have any professional athletes as clients?

Stewart's Reply: I used to work for the NY Jets. You are asking me to give info that needs to be tailored to the individual. There are no general treatments other than far infrared sauna, sea salt baths and castor oil packs.

Hi Stewart, re: magnetic blankets, there is a company out of Canada with the Magnetico blanket. The Dr. who invented it claims the vast majority of magnetic blankets are not good for the body because only the negative field is beneficial and they all seep the Positive field out. The body initially is benefitted but over time the body is subjected to the Positive field which can have deleterious effects. He claims to have found a way to eliminate the positive seepage. I just came home from a weekend at Disney World. March 7th Disney held a running event. 13,000 people attended to run 13 miles. It was called something like the Princess Half Marathon. People dressed up as their favorite character and ran around the park. Energy there was the same as always, angry and mean. clowden1@verizon.net

They failed to mention on most news that a few months ago, a Muslim village was attacked by Christians. It is a vicious cycle that has nothing to do with God.

Thank you for everything that you are doing, I am slowly deprogramming and it feels like awakening from a very deep sleep and it feels fantastic! So thank you for all that you and Janet are doing!

Lately, I notice that very often I see the number 13. For instance, I will look at my watch at 13:13 (1:13pm), or stay at the 13th floor of a hotel, or have room number 1313, or stop in a street in front of number 13, and things like that. Is there a meaning to this or is this just coincidence?

The new movie with Johnny Depp "Alice in Wonderland" seems to be the new huge programming movie to replace Avatar.

It had the biggest opening for any 3d movie of all time.

It's so blatant it just disgusts me.

What type of programming is this new movie triggering? Are these new 3D movies rewiring and programming peoples brains? Or are they just used to trigger specifically programmed people?

Hi Stewart. I recently listened to an interview you recorded with George Noory on Coast to Coast. It was from 2008 apparently. In talking about the origins of the human species on this planet, you mentioned that life was brought here from the inner galaxy by the Reptilians, I believe. My question here is that I have heard from several sources, including other Coast to Coast interviewees that aliens claim to have bio-engineered the human race from an ape-like creature here. david ickes book is out the end of april his most staggering revelation is that earth and the collective human mind is manipulated from the moon which he says is not a heavenly body but an artificial construct a gigantic space craft probably a hollowed out planetoid which is home to an extraterrestrial group which has been manipulating humanity for aeons.

Fasting

Hello Stewart&Janet My question is does fasting help you become more spiritual. There are guides saying it is helpful from 2 to 7 days and beyond to even 40 days, because of its detox potential a friend of mine has taken up on its ideology. But in my opinion I believe its dangerous in the sense that body begins to feed on its self consuming its reserves and that's it's intended purpose of fastin. But if you want to detox there are a variety of healthy sources, even being a vegan for 3 weeks can be detoxifying. But not eating for a period of time under the guise of spirituality seems damaging.
Stewart's Reply: Fasting 1 day per week and for 3 days every 3 months is good for the body--IF, the person can handle it. Each individual is different.

However, fasting for extended periods of time is very dangerous to the body and will cause permanent damage tot he metabolic system and many organs.

You can be spiritual at any time and under any circumstances. Fasting only purges the body and should be limited.

This phenomenon of spectacular nightly storms in Venezuela that can last up to 9 hours per night has stopped since January. Chavez has declared a national electricity emergency due to drought conditions.

Hi Stewart,

In regards to running for exercise, what is good then instead of running for cardio? In the summer, I run once a week about a mile or two. I mostly though go mountain bike riding. What do you recommend in building cardio besides running? Or should we not run 'that' much? I hope you can shed some light on this because spring is coming and I'm thinking about enjoying the wonderful weather. :)

Hello:
This is not a question but information that should be publicized. There is a surgeon in Italy who has "probably" found a cure for multiple sclerosis. He says that people with multiple sclerosis have an abnormal narrowing of their neck veins, causing the blood not to drain properly which causes the anti-bodies in the blood to be absorbed into the brain and cause an autoimmune response. The treatment is a one time balloon angioplasty and stent placement. He has done this on 65 people and all have shown significant improvement. There is info about this on the net. God Bless

Hello!

I have been going for runs with some friends for exercise and while I run I have been using the green flush to help with breathing. I found this to be VERY effective because after the run I don't feel so worn out or out of breath. Most importantly any sort of issues I may have are depleting faster because of the technique!!!

Bone Growths

Another thing.. may be of interest to readers too. I also have "Tori mandibulari" - bone growths on the inside of the lower jaw, one growth on each side, covered by gum tissue. Tori usually are present at birth, but in my case they occurred in recent years. I thought at first it might be cysts but they are lumpy bone swellings. I imagine this could be another manifestation of not verbalizing properly (?) How would you interpret the mind pattern for these growths?
Stewart's Reply: This means that you find support and strength in holding back verbalizations. Basically, you fear speaking up, so holding back gives you strength. Take Vit. D.

Over here in the u.k, recently there has been a lot of adverts for more police being on our streets. I have noticed in the last 2 weeks ( i live just outside london) in our town center suddenly loads of police ( u never used to see any) every time i have been to town I have seen them chasing someone or arresting someone in an over the top way, there has been a bank robbery and a random protest. literally the last couple of weeks. It is so see through it is hilarious. I just hope others can see through this blatant operation. As you and others have predicted this re-enforcement years ago.

Stewart's Reply: In order to answer your question, I would need to know more details. The "Shadow People" term has been used to mean a lot of things. It could be a ghost, an astral entity, a programming projection, an alien, or many other things.

Each case must be investigated as unique. It depends on the location, the people involved and the atmospheric conditions.

Such manifestations have been known to physically interact with humans and animals.

Google as well as other major search engines sites records searched data and than back tracking to the ip address(computer), which then a physical address can be attained from. Basically the type of searches you enter can define the type of person you are, and if the government gets hold of these databases many of which they already have. You may also have heard government passing a law that allows them to invade privacy in sake of national security. I've searched untold things on google, you name it I've searched it. In truth we are being watched every which way.

Stewart's Reply: That depends on where you live. Here in Michigan they are a waste of time and money. Not enough Sun.

Also, it depends on the manufacturer and installers for the best product that does what they claim. You need to research the ones that interest you and see if your climate allows for a good solar rating.

Thank you for the reading today. I look forward to my next one. Performed a golden alter in the afternoon so I could remember the steps and it worked out well. Did a chakra spinning-reached the crown and sat quietly, embracing the feeling of balance when suddenly (appx 2:35am) I heard a sound. Serious wind like a very large tornado or a lot of spirits going through a what sounded like a tunnel. Lasted almost 2 mins. I appreciate your opinion. Makes me feel less afraid when I understand what I'm experiencing. Thanks again.
Stewart's Reply: That could have been what it sounds like to return to the body after leaving it during your mental work. You should spin your chakras and go to deep brown after such an experience.
Malamutes

Janet, could you give me some basic advice on training Alaskan Malamutes?
You know these dogs? I have just received one, and yes, I am a bit in awe.
If any of your readers work these dogs, I would like to hear from them.
AM's are rare in England. I have a wolf to deal with???
For an emerging cooler climate, they are ideal.
Also, the recent 10 day cursing festival in Nepal? That alone, could rewrite psychiatry.

Stewart's Reply: We have a large Malamute. They are gentle creatures who are smart, but not very active. They are loyal and will defend children to the death. The Eskimos would leave the Malamutes with their babies while they went hunting.

We also have a Siberian Husky. SHE is a wolf! The Malamute is docile by comparison. They mostly sleep and play in the snow.

The Malamutes are loving and kind. I wish I had a herd of them!

Janet,

I think one of the most elusive cards in the
Illuminati deck is the widely pervasive, horrific tactic known as gang stalking.

No one seems to be able to come up with any solid ideas to completely stopping individuals from being subjected to this.

While I understand that everyone, of course has their own thought patterns to work on, in general, do you have any advice for someone going through this sort of thing?
Janet's Reply: Brown X them out, use protection techniques, release the psychic/energetic cords between you, and work on the mind-patterns that created this in the first place: victimization and low self-worth.

Earth's Axis

Hope this finds you and your family well. Just pondering what the scientists reported about the Earth's axis being altered due to huge earthquake activity both in Chile and Indonesia. Wouldn't it seem to you that this effect (and the resultant shortened day) "even out in time" ---as in the Earth returning to its axis' original angle? Thank you for all the care and energy you put into all your work --both of you.
Stewart's Reply: Good point. However, we know the Indonesian quake in 2004 was created by a nuclear blast. Not a good thing.
Chilean Quake

I had just read a news report that the Chilean earthquakes have caused the length of the day to be shortened by 1.26 microseconds (Yahoo news). But in it, here's a quote that caught my eye: "What definitely the earthquake has done is made the Earth ring like a bell".

Hi, this is an article about a Brazilian town with an unusual rate of twins due to Mengele working there. I am wondering why Mengele was so interested in twins. The article seems to suggest it was purely for the sake of increasing the Aryan birthrate, but I feel there was more to it.

Greetings from California! Were the souls that initially volunteered to be a part of this Earth experiment of genetic modification from a particular soul group/family or a broad cross section of souls emanating from God Mind? I ask that because of the term "Fallen Angels" being used which somehow imparts the feeling of separating Earth's physicality/experience from other planets that host physical life. I was wondering if you knew anything about the online movie that was projected to be released months ago entitled "Montauk Unveiled". From the trailers online, it looks as if you had a prominent part in the film. I've been unable to locate any further information regarding its release date/the status of production. Even the MySpace page seems to have fallen in disrepair (the owner has not logged in in ~5 months months) and the server to the official site is down. Any info you could provide would be most appreciated.

They must have had financial issues. HOWEVER---I just finished filming my bit in the NBC 2 hour special on government secret projects. That should air this Summer!

Been wanting to ask and was just reminded just now because of family members always playing scratch off lottery tickets. What is the mind pattern behind people that always play lotto and gamble/casinos? Thankfully I'm not one of these people but sometimes I wonder if I should play once in awhile to see the universe bring my abundance in that way perhaps. A recent poster won recently because of the affirmation you posted on QA. That's great for her! :) I hope she manifests all the abundance and prosperity she can muster!

Stewart's Reply: We were not close to that area. However, they have a story like this every year. It is absolutely normal in Summer there. It is a build up of Winter ice that cracks off due to sea pounding and sunlight. Nothing unusual. Has been happening for millenia.
Scotland Snow

Do you think that the snow we are getting in the uk the now is something to do with the haarp project and if so why, I do know that Scotland always get a lot of snow and are used to it, but somehow this seems different.I mean its now the 1st of March and there is snow everywhere.Could it be to do with the heating costs to increase them.

Bird Droppings

Today I noticed what look like to be an unusual amount of bird droppings on my car. My car is/was not parked under a tree directly. What does bird droppings signify? Growing up there was a superstition that if a bird dropping fell on you while walking, that means 'good luck'. heh

Does ELF affect animals and our pets the same way as it does humans, i.e., creating certain emotional states with concomitant behavioral changes?

If so, does putting the Ultimate Protection around them work similarly to that of humans? Is there anything else we can do to help them.

Alternate Realities

I was wondering if the alternate lives of an individual remain the same sex of what they are now. ie- male or female?
Every alterante reality I have come across have been the same sex as I am now so it got me to wondering if this is normaly the case.

Stewart's Reply: If you are in alternate realities of THIS lifetime, of course it is same sex. In a female incarnation, you would have female alternates. Each incarnation is same sex in all realities.
