RULES of the Q & A
- We will not comment about the works of other people, so please stop asking. We will comment about a type or category of information.
- Please do not use this form to post about your orders/ computer issues or messages. Please email orders@expansions.com
- If you are going to use nasty words, vile comments or discuss personal information, we will not post your entry.
- We cannot possibly post ALL entries that are submitted. Asking constantly why your post has not been answered is not going to help either one of us. If we don't post your entry, there is a good reason.
- We answer emails, questions and fill orders as quickly as we can. If you constantly bombard us with queries about the status of your order, it takes time away from filling it.
- Please do not ask us personal questions about ourself or our family. That is private.
- We get hundreds emails daily on most days. We've heard it all--or so we think. Emailing your life story and then asking what we think will not get a response. For that, you need a consultation.
- Asking a question about a friend or family member who needs healing info also cannot be answered. That requires a consultation as well.
- Asking for information that is readily available in our books or DVDs will also not get a response. We spent the time, money and effort to create these works so that you can have all your answers easily. We cannot rewrite chapters of our books on Q & A.
Hope this clarifies a few things. We do not mean to appear harsh or condescending. We am merely trying to make things smoother and easier for readers and users of this site.
