“food first was bathed in my bath of hydrogen peroxide”
-not heard that one before! Could you explain this?
good vid btw
Yes, you need to view some of my older podcasts. I bathe all of my fresh fruits and veggies in a water bath with 35% hyddrogen peroxide which I purchase at my health food store. About 3-4 ounces to 1-2 gallons of water. I keep it by my kitchen sink. This helps remove molds and any other debris before eating.

I usually do Brussel sprout coleslaw, substituting cabbage for Brussel sprouts. A bit of salt/pepper, green onion, olive oil mayo, dash of olive oil and some shredded carrot, yummy!
oh and I Love that fairy tale pumpkin! Even just to look at, quite the fairy tale indeed. Ive never seen anything like it in BC before.
I have eaten raw Brussell Sprouts–but they are intense! Thanks for sharing recipe. The pumpkin is beautiful. Haven’t cooked it yet. Tonight I have 2 buttercup squashes baking!

I absolutely love your cooking podcasts! They are so wonderful. I grew up in a family where all we ate was steak and potatoes, so as you can imagine new foods are very fun and exciting to me. I also love how you add emphasis to presentation, because it does get you excited when your food looks beautiful and inviting. I had no idea that your mood while you eat affects your digestion. Thank you for all of your fun and interesting ideas.
Yes, if you are upset you cannot digest your food. So, put your digestive system in pale yellow, relax, and enjoy.

Hi Janet ~ Thank You for these wonderful natural food programs and the great cooking classes! I’m on a more raw foods program with no/low-Gluten and feeling better. Thank you for the reminder to place the digestive system in pale yellow! It was wonderful to see the Michigan farmlands in your podcast. It brings back very pleasant memories because we so enjoyed visiting some of the stands for cider and wonderful fall produce when we were up there! ![]()
You are welcome. Be sure to view all the podcasts with Cindy as it is really entertaining as well as educational to see where high frequency food comes from.
Be sure your system can tolerate raw foods–some times it is best to light steam or saute food as a kind of “pre-digestive aid”. Best not to overload an already overloaded system. You have to know your Self and your body and what it can and cannot tolerate.
