I love snap peas. I cook them at least once a week. I usually roast them with olive oil, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper. Actually, that’s probably how I make most of my vegetables. I can never have enough garlic. Quick fried in butter sounds just as good. I wonder how those puff pancakes would come out with oat flour? I might give it a try since I still haven’t got the nerve up yet to try buckwheat flour. Are you sure its summer in MI? You’re still wearing long sleeves. And by the way, I like what you’re doing with your hair.

I have never tried roasting them. That sounds delicious! I am sure the puff pancake would work with any kind of flour–give it a try and let us know. Summer in MI, but air-conditioned in the house!
