    For anyone who may be holding off taking part in these Webinars, honestly It is so worth it. Do not hesitate, what I am getting out them is hard to put in words. All I can say is that it easy to do and the group is relaxed but connected. Fantastic.

    I noticed in some of your videos that you drink from what appears to be a metal container of some kind.. I recently bought an aluminium royal blue water bottle.. I was wondering what kind yours is and if it’s okay to drink from an aluminium water bottle since it’s aluminium?

      Mine is called “Kean Kanteen” and is supposed to be non-leachable stainless steel.
