Yum! The meat and cheese dish reminds me of Hamburger Helper, except healthier. I’m still hooked on the zucchini bread recipe you shared a while back. Sometimes I replace the zucchini with canned pumpkin to make a pumpkin bread, and it’s delicious.

Omg! I think cheese sauce is pretty much my favourite, well any sauce for that matter! The mung bean fettuccine is SOOO good! I’m having a hard time finding it here. Wah! Need it!

See if you can find it online–but yes, the cheese sauce makes EVERYTHING taste good.

I’ve noticed more and more sulpher dioxide being mentioned on food labels (usually being shown as a preservative). The first time I noticed this was at christmas time 2012 (on some mince pies) and I’m usually well aware of ingredients on food packaging, but now I’ve seen it on different foods and wine as well. What are your yjoughts on this. What little I learned from school chemistry lessons makes me thing its a bad idea.

I meant to type: what are your thoughts on this?

I agree, it is a “bad idea.” Sulfur can be taken as a remedy for specific illnesses, but if you aren’t ill…you don’t need it. Same as with sulfur/hot springs.
