      Adding this to my above reply. I don’t see anyone walking around in the video except the fake alien. The announcer states that people walk by this alien and don’t even notice him. The place looks vacant.

    Hoax! The footage it is on WHS tape, not digital or DVD; so it is much older. ‘The alien’ keep repeating the same moves inside the garage; so the tape is replay a few times.
