Janet has helped me understand the relationship between self-worth and my money stream. It wasn’t until I participated in her blogs and read Heights of Wealth that I began to see the connection between feelings of lack and limitation and my ability to take care of myself financially. I realized that I was participating in an emotional cycle of limitation and growth. I didn’t feel worthy of “more” and would punish myself unconsciously by losing or spending the money I earned. This is a work in progress for me, but I’m making more moves to correct the emotional patterns and beliefs so that I allow myself plenty. This book provides a lens to examine and change this cycle. I am eternally grateful to Stewart and Janet for their continued work and support.

I’ve been an active participant on the dark to light webinars since early February. Some classes I can follow easily and they are so fascinating. Other classes the information can be a bit challenging or over my head. Don’t worry about understanding or comprehending every single piece of information. I have relaxed my own standards and expectations over the years. I don’t feel ‘bad’ for not understanding or following everything at that time. Many times it can take months before something resonates or sinks in. I take notes and go back over the material periodically. I get the recordings and replay them 2 or 3 times before the next class and that helps to digest the information. I highly recommend joining in, especially if you’re on the fence. You won’t regret it!
