I love Applegate products also and I have all the ingredients! :) I think I’ll make 1/2 the recipe and use my muffin cups for my toaster oven. I might add some green pepper bits and it would be good served with Dilled Sourkraut . :)

I like casserole dishes, they are simple and taste delicious! I will have to give these hotdogs a try. We use Amy’s organic chicken sausages from Costco.

This is VERY midwestern indeed. I miss the midwestern dishes
As far as I know I made it up. Even though I live in the midwest now, I grew up on the West Coast and spent a number of years on the East Coast. :)
