    I haven’t made this in over a decade but it’s almost midnight and I think I can “smell” this cooking! LOL I want to go eat some cold out of the fridge right now! LOL

    Thank you for making this video, Janet. I haven’t bought an eggplant since Mom passed. It’s time.

    My grandmother and mom dipped it in the egg first and then the breadcrumbs so it’s how I’ve always made it.

    mix it up, chicken/eggplant/zucchini parm – the messier the tastier
