Wow! This is the second time tonight I’ve watched someone making spinach pasta ~ and I’ve never had nor seen such a thing before. I like your way of using equipment to speed the process. The earlier video by an Italian woman was entirely by hand, labor intensive for lasagne noodles. This was great, and now I’m really inspired. Thank you, Janet!
