I really like Kombucha and drink in at least three bottles a week. I recently had a Dark Field (live blood analysis) done and I have too much yeast in my blood. Since Kombucha is made from sugar would it contribute to a buildup of yeast in the blood?
Thank you,
Heather
I am not a fan of Dark Field Blood Analysis for a variety of reasons, but especially people doing the analysis are not always qualified to do this, in my opinion from what I have seen. The organisms in the kombucha eat up the sugar which is why kombucha is so low carb despite the fact of being made with sugar–it is what the organisms eat and convert. In my opinion, no it would not lead to yeast in the blood but I am not a medical doctor nor a kombucha expert. I can only tell you what I see energetically.
