    It’s probably not the best idea to watch these while I’m fasting, but I have a strong desire to start baking. This looks like a lovely, simple and flexible recipe. Will definitely be making this next week! :D

    I love potatoes and onions and never thought of having them together in a pie. It looks yummy and I will make it soon. Thanks Janet.

    Question: Do you cover the pie with foil before baking it?

      I don’t. Foil blocks the heat, but if you are concerned with cheese browning too much you can bake without cheese and add cheese toward the end just to melt it or your can cover with foil in the last part of the baking once the pie has heated all the way through.
