Knowing that affirmations helping to change mind-patterns, Janet’s ability to connecting my Oversoul let Her to write proper and very helpful affirmations. Those affirmations allow to dig out all of those hidden/self-sabotaged traumas, resentments that can be released to one’s Oversoul. Don’t be discourage when starting working with them one can feel over again those negative influences on our life.
More over: death is the huge release of all above negativity.
