I like the Affirming You webinars. Each week the group comes together. Janet poses homework questions for the coming week. On the surface it may seem like mundane questions but when you do it, it is revealing.
I also like the book ‘1099 Affirmations’ by Janet. I didn’t think affirmations could be this interesting until I saw her book.
The comments from Janet and Stewart are helpful. Also, when Stewart is available, he does dream analysis.
