Purification sounds like a goal that needs to be on everyone’s mind.  However, it is possible to purify your Self right out of existence—or at least right out of this reality. For example, there is a school of thought that says to flush your Self and others and everything else with White Light for healing and purification. White is extremely irritating to the nervous system. White Light contains all colors so by doing this you actually wash your Chakra Bands right out of your physical body. You can get ill from too much purification too fast. Purifying anything begins first in the mind and the body follows.
